Wings of hope

Picture
Do you know a young cancer patient or a young cancer patient who fought bravely? The butterfly release is your chance to help a child fighting cancer or to honor the memory of that special child who fought bravely.
Butterflies are both a symbol of hope for finding a cure for childhood cancer as well as a way to honor and remember that special child whose cancer battle is now over.
To give wings to the hope for a cure for childhood cancer or remember that special young person, call Watts Winery at 209-368-2974 by Sept. 20 and reserve a butterfly.
Then join us on Sept. 28, as we give hope wings and as we remember and honor those children who are no longer with us.
No one can understand your pain but we can stand together in this battle against childhood cancer.
All proceeds will go directly to cancer research.

Fighting the cancer battle

Firefighters from the Mokelumne Fire District showed their support for the second annual Stomp Out Cancer campaign at Watts Winery.
Firefighters from throughout San Joaquin County will compete Sept. 28, against each other in a gape-stomping competition, with the winning team taking home a trophy as bragging rights for a year.
While the competition is all in fun, the reason behind the grape stomp is serious: to fight childhood cancer. Proceeds from the Stomp Out Cancer benefit goes directly to funding research into finding a cure for pediatric cancer.
On March 14, Mokelumne Fire District firefighters joined with two young cancer patients, Caetlyn Sprinkle and Cayla Klemchuk, to help get the word out about the Stomp Out Cancer campaign at Watts Winery.

Watts Going Upstream!

Picture
Welcome Upstream Malbec and Chardonnay to the Watts Wine family.
These new wines are all about the outdoors; they're wines that lives the play hard, outdoor lifestyle. Think wild rivers and Alpine heights and salmon falls and red cliffs.

The Malbec has a fruit-forward bouquet, that's a classic Malbec, which means it's good steakhouse wine that goes well with any red meat.
We know that if you enjoy the outdoors, the beckoning of Mother Nature at its purest and simplest, you'll enjoy Upstream Malbec and Chardonnay.
